| FLEA MARKET POLICIES FOR TABLE RENTALS |

Tables must be paid for at the time the reservation is made. |

If you cancel your table you will only get credit if we're able to rent your table. |
|
No refunds. |
|
If you have a permanent space you must pay a week in advance to maintain your space. |
|
No sub-leasing or loaning of your space. |
|
Keep all items inside your white lines. |
|
No electric heaters or hot plates. |
|
No pets allowed. |
|
No loud music or noise allowed. |
|
No riding of bikes, skates, skateboards or scooters. |
|
No alcoholic beverages allowed or consumed on the premises. |
|
All Dealers are to clean their space before leaving. Take your unwanted items with you and break down your boxes and put them in the big trash bins located in between and at the end of our buildings, not in the center aisle trash cans. |

Absolutely no firearm sales!!! BB guns, pellet guns, paint ball guns, cross bows, dart guns. No drinks, food, or baked goods prepared at home without a Food Service Permit from DHEC. |

No popping caps, fireworks, counterfeit or stolen goods, anything explosive, x-rated movies, any kind of x-rated material, snakes, vicious dogs, chemicals that are dangerous, drugs, or drug paraphernalia. |
